Qiaoshun Jiabao Hotel is a chain catering hotel based in Guangdong Province, boasting 4 to 5-star high-end configurations throughout its properties. The hotel maintains stringent standards for mattress selection, prioritising premium quality while ensuring excellent cost-effectiveness. This collaboration marked the first time that Qiaoshun Jiabao Hotel dispatched its Deputy General Manager and procurement team members to personally conduct product selection and procurement.

The cooperation process involved in-depth and detailed communications. Notably, the hotel's responsible personnel, together with our team, visited several enterprises with significantly larger production scales than ours to conduct on-site inspections. These inspections focused on mattress quality, structural design, comfort levels and cost-effectiveness. Ultimately, Qiaoshun Jiabao Hotel chose to cooperate with us. Compared with leading mattress manufacturers in the industry, our offerings demonstrated higher cost-effectiveness, more controllable quality assurance, and the added advantage of allowing clients to visit our production process at any time.

For this project, Qiaoshun Jiabao Hotel opted for medium-soft to firm mattresses – a specification that aligns with the preferences of most Chinese consumers. The mattresses feature a sophisticated combination of cloud-like cotton and a 3D breathable cushion layer. This material pairing requires meticulous expertise, and few manufacturers in the industry have achieved successful application cases of such a combination. Our factory's Chief Designer Li, with over a decade of experience in mattress design, conducted more than a dozen thickness-matching tests to perfectly integrate these two materials.

Following a trial sleep, the hotel's procurement team expressed high satisfaction with the mattresses and signed the cooperation contract immediately. In early 2025, another 5-star hotel under Qiaoshun Jiabao Hotel Group approached us again, seeking a more luxurious upgrade of the previously procured mattresses. Since the upgraded hotel's grand opening, customer feedback has been exceptionally positive. Over the nine months of operation, the customer satisfaction rate with the mattresses has reached 100%.
