Qiaoshun Jiabao Hotel Group is a hotel chain headquartered in Guangdong Province, with all its properties equipped with high-end facilities meeting four- to five-star standards. The hotel maintains strict standards for mattress procurement, prioritizing premium quality while pursuing outstanding cost performance. This cooperation marked the first time Qiaoshun Jiabao Hotel dispatched its Deputy General Manager and procurement team members to conduct on-site product selection and purchasing in person.

We held in-depth, detailed communications throughout the cooperation negotiation. Notably, the hotel’s management, accompanied by our team, visited several manufacturers with far larger production scales than ours for on-site audits. They compared the mattresses in terms of build quality, internal structural design, sleeping comfort and cost performance. In the end, Qiaoshun Jiabao Hotel selected us as its official supplier.

For this project, Qiaoshun Jiabao Hotel chose medium-firm mattresses, a firmness level favored by most Chinese guests. The mattresses adopt an elaborate composite filling of cloud foam and a 3D breathable cushion layer. This material combination demands sophisticated craftsmanship, and few manufacturers in the industry have mature, successful application cases for this formula. Mr. Li, our factory’s chief designer with over a decade of mattress design experience, carried out more than a dozen thickness matching tests to achieve a perfect fusion of the two materials.

After trial sleeping tests, the hotel’s procurement team expressed high satisfaction with the mattresses and signed the cooperation contract on the spot. In early 2025, another five-star hotel under the Qiaoshun Jiabao Group reached out to us again, requesting a more luxurious upgraded version of the previously purchased mattresses. Since the grand opening of this upgraded hotel, guest feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Over its nine months of operation, the guest satisfaction rate regarding the mattresses has hit 100%.
