Production workflow

Quilting and Cutting Workshop

Our Quilting and Cutting Workshop specializes in professional quilting, high-precision cutting and composite processing of mattress comfort materials, including batting, high-density foam and cushioning layers.

We are equipped with more than six quilting machines featuring both single-needle and multi-needle functions, enabling flexible customization to meet varied customer requirements. With over 7,000 quilting patterns available, we fully support personalized design choices.

Through standardized layering, precise positioning and strict tolerance control over thickness, flatness and symmetry, we ensure stable internal structure, uniform comfort and consistent finished quality for mattresses of all specifications.

Mattress Border & Sewing Workshop

The mattress edge stitching process is an essential manufacturing procedure. Precision-cut fabrics and reinforced edge tapes are neatly sewn into a seamless outer profile with professional bordering machines. This step locks the mattress’s internal components in place, laying the foundation for structural stability and finished aesthetics.

Our skilled technicians execute fine, high-tensile stitching with strict quality control: consistent stitch density, symmetrical corner radii, and precise panel alignment. This eliminates loose threads, uneven seams, and fabric bunching at stress points, ensuring every detail meets our production standards.

The finished mattress features firm, flat stitches, crisp symmetrical edges, and clean finishing. The reinforced border enhances structural stability, prevents edge sagging, and improves long-term durability, delivering a refined, premium appearance that reflects our manufacturing quality.

Spring Production Workshop

Our Spring Production Workshop specializes in manufacturing high-performance mattress core support systems, including pocketed coil springs and Bonnell springs. We also produce dual-layer springs, ultrasonic springs, cloverleaf springs, as well as zoned spring configurations to meet diverse market and customer requirements.

The full production process integrates automatic coiling, shaping, triple heat treatment and stress-relief processing. Our spring steel wire reaches a carbon content of 75%, exceeding the industry average of 60%, providing enhanced toughness and stability. Strict quality control is applied to elasticity, tension and fatigue durability throughout production.

Each spring unit delivers stable support, consistent resilience and excellent anti-deformation performance. Backed by a 10-year service warranty, our springs provide reliable, long-lasting core support for finished mattresses.

Finished Mattress Assembly Workshop

Our Finished Mattress Assembly Workshop integrates core components including spring units, comfort foam layers and premium upholstery fabrics into finished mattresses through highly precise and standardized assembly procedures.

Key processes such as precision quilting & stitching, heavy-duty edge locking and reliable material lamination are implemented in strict accordance with technical specifications.

Each mattress undergoes a comprehensive final inspection covering aesthetic quality, dimensional accuracy, firmness uniformity and structural durability, ensuring full compliance with internal quality benchmarks and customer requirements prior to packaging and shipment.

Compression & Packaging Workshop

Our Compression & Packaging Workshop is specialized in professional compression, rolling and protective packaging for export mattresses. Equipped with high-efficiency automated packaging equipment, we implement precise compression, rolling, sealing and protection procedures.

Our core strength lies in the ultra-efficient compression capability: we can compress mattresses from an original height of 30-45cm down to just 3cm in thickness, achieving a remarkable 90% volume reduction. This significantly optimizes logistics efficiency ––– a single 40HQ container can hold up to 500 pieces, which is 10 times the loading capacity compared to conventional packaging.

This extraordinary compression effect substantially reduces international transportation costs per unit, lowers overall logistics expenses, and greatly improves container loading efficiency, ensuring cost-effective and reliable global delivery.
