Overcoming Logistics Challenges

While the order process proceeded smoothly, we encountered a challenge when the client requested a change of logistics provider after the goods had been dispatched to the international freight forwarder. This adjustment prolonged the shipping duration, extending the mattress compression and rolling period from one month to three months.

Given the special nature of the material used for the mattress's outer edges, we were concerned that the extended rolling period might hinder the recovery of any wrinkles following unpacking. Fortunately, our superior quality stood the test. Upon unpacking, the client was pleased to find the mattresses had recovered beautifully, and their quality remained exceptional post-recovery. Three months after delivery, we were delighted to receive feedback from the hotel noting that guests had sung high praise for the mattresses.
